Paramount Staffing is accepting resume's for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/PAYROLL CLERK.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Processing, verifying, and posting receipts.
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies
• Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts
• Collecting and verifying time sheets
• Entering employee information and payroll data into the system
• Answering employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll
• Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes and deductions

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good math and communication skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Team player

Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug screen.
