Paramount Transportation Systems, Inc. is currently recruiting a local full-time Accounting Assistant for our San Marcos, CA location. Duties include: - Accounts receivable - Accounts payable - Data entry - Filing - Frequent communication with agents in offices worldwide - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Excellent internal customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Precise written and verbal communication - Basic but solid computer and math skills - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure - Must be able to pass a background screening Qualified applicants must be able to demonstrate either experience with a record of accomplishment in the above job duties; or the training and solid foundation upon which the candidate will develop and grow with on-the-job experience.
