    Job Description:

    This role is responsible for reporting, analytics and client service within the retirement planning division of Shuster Advisory Group. The position works closely with the team members and firm leadership to ensure that task and project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

    Responsibilities: ****

    • Manage and integrate data from a variety of sources into cohesive and comprehensive presentations and reports.
    • Prepare reports to monitor plan participation, performance, and costs.
    • Assist in preparation of client and prospect presentations.
    • Create and present plans to clients/prospects (strategy, design, funding).
    • Recommend plan changes as appropriate.
    • Consult with clients about the legal and regulatory environment and how it impacts their plan(s) or benefits.
    • Conduct group education presentations.
    • Provide client support for annual audits and regulatory filings.
    • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

    ****Experience and Technical Requirements: ****

    • Advanced MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with retirement plans (401(k), 457(b), 401(a), 403(b), Defined Benefit Plans, etc.).
    • Experience with Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG), Fi360, and/or Morningstar a plus.
    • Series 65 a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, customer service, and analytical skills.
    • Must be dependable and can handle multiple time-sensitive projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
