Job Description

This job requires you to wear many hats. Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in carpentry , new construction, remodel and general carpentry. Plumbing experience a huge bonus but not necessary. Must not be afraid of tight areas. Crawling under homes in sub area is a regular daily part of the job.

 We will train you to acquire a Branch 3 Termite inspectors license so you can also perform inspections. Inspections are performed for Realtors and there clients either selling or buying homes. We fix necessary repairs and Termite treatments if necessary for sale or purchase of homes we have inspected

Ability to perform repairs unsupervised is a must. We do quality repairs. So level of building experience is important.

Ability to pass a “LIVE SCAN’ background check is mandatory.
