What We Offer as a Paratransit Driver:

• Monday–Thursday schedule * Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM * Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Your Role as a Paratransit Driver:

• Safely transport passengers with disabilities to and from their workplaces
• Provide exceptional customer service , assistance, and patience at every stop
• Ensure passengers are picked up and dropped off on time
• Operate a well‑maintained shuttle and complete daily vehicle checks
• Assist passengers as needed—this role can be physically demanding and requires comfort with helping individuals in and out of the vehicle

What We’re Looking for as a Paratransit Driver:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and safety‑focused mindset
• Ability to meet the physical demands of assisting passengers
• Previous passenger or care‑related experience is a plus, but not required
