    Your Role as a Paratransit Driver

    • Safely transport individuals with disabilities to medical appointments and essential destinations
    • Deliver punctual, dependable service every day
    • Properly secure wheelchairs and mobility devices
    • Provide door‑to‑door assistance to ensure a safe, comfortable experience
    • Offer friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service on every ride

    What You’ll Need

    • MO Class E, KS Class C, or any CDL (either state accepted)
    • Ability to pass a DOT physical and DOT drug screen
      • Note: Testing includes marijuana
    • Availability to work at least one weekend shift
    • Flexibility for early morning start times (as early as 3:30 AM) or late evening shifts (ending up to 12:30 AM)

    Closing Shifts

    • 12:30–22:30 — Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
    • 12:30–22:30 — Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
    • 14:30–00:30 — Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
    • 14:30–00:30 — Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
