    Job Description

    We are looking for a Management Analyst to join our team and provide our client within the Defense Department a fully array of analyst support services.

    CLEARANCE LEVEL: Must have a valid DOD Secret Clearance (non-waivers)

    WE NEED YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK: Immediately or As Soon As Possible

    THE LOCATION OF WORK IS: Principal location is the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

    EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science

    EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years or more of demonstrated work experience in: Management analysis, data analysis, project management and/or organizational management, and strong executive administrative management skills. Analyst or program support work experience within the Pentagon is a strong plus, with demonstrated experience providing high level executives customer service, quality workmanship, and attention to detail and accuracy of assigned work products and administrative tasking.

    MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Expertise of Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
    • Demonstrated knowledge of project management and planning methodologies and techniques.
    • Excellent written communication skills, we demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely, including proper use of grammar and logically correct content.
    • Executive level report preparation, memoranda and presentations and strong administrative skills.
    • Strong analytical capability to support executive level decision making.

    THE GENERAL NATURE OF THE WORK INVOLVES WORKING AS: Part of a contractor team of professionals on site at the Pentagon Federal employees and senior service personnel. Work involves responsibility for varied tasks, functions, and projects with high visibility and high risk and requiring sharp accuracy in support of C-level executives Working under limited direction and providing the necessary analytical management assistance by planning, coordinating and supporting plans, programs, conducting studies and analysis, performing special projects and related work, as required.

    THESE ADDITIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES WILL IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF SUCCESS: Strong interpersonal relationship ability, strong written and oral communication, ability to learn quickly, work in a multi-task environment, and rapidly adapt to new software technology.
