    CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who can support our exciting and ever-growing portfolio of products.

    JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with support responsibilities in the following areas: Technical product support, billing and accounts receivable, and general administrative.

    TECHNICAL PRODUCT SUPPORT The product support function of this position requires technical support and trouble-shooting skills sufficient to understand and problem solve with customers over the phone or over email regarding product software and data issues/questions. Tasks include:

    • Receiving and responding to technical support inquiries via phone and email from existing customers relevant to all product lines.
    • Making outbound follow-up technical assistance phone calls and emails as necessary.
    • Providing excellent customer service for all areas of responsibility.
    • The ability to learn our proprietary software and the complex property data.

    BILLING SUPPORT The billing portion of this position requires a basic understanding of accounts receivable, general customer account management, and billing functions. Tasks include:

    • Answering and responding to billing inquiries from existing customers relevant to all product lines.
    • Monitoring daily automated account billing, generating invoices, posting incoming payments, maintaining records of account activity, and contacting customers on billing matters as needed.
    • Creating new customer accounts and processing new orders from the sales team

    GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT This position also requires general office skills. This includes answering inbound phone calls and routing them to appropriate personnel, mailing as required, and monitoring and ordering office supplies and other general office duties as assigned.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    • Must have at least 2 years of customer support experience.
    • Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
    • Must be willing to work 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
