Duties and Responsibilities: Parco is looking for an experienced and driven Customer Service Representative to perform the below responsibilities: · Responsible for all order management activities (e.g. delivery information, pricing concerns and schedule changes) · Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. · Act as a liaison between the organization and the customer. Provide information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems. · Respond to and follow up on RFQs. Guide customers to the best overall solution. · Review customers' purchase orders requirements and translate them into sales orders with clear instructions that can be actioned by internal team members · Work closely with cross functional areas to manage customer satisfaction levels from time of order placement through order fulfillment. · Intake and manage customer complaints and requests for return · Under established guidelines, act independently and determine when escalation is needed · Other related duties as required. Qualifications: · 3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel - intermediate level) · Must possess strong math skills, including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication and division in all units of measure · Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail · Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude · Effective, professional communication style, both oral and written Benefits: · Excellent compensation · Medical insurance · Dental insurance · Life insurance · 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% matching contribution.
