    Associate Child Therapists AMFT, ASW, APCC In-office position, NOT REMOTE Welcome to Parent Child Therapy Clinic Inc! We have openings for motivated BBS Registered Child Therapists in a busy and thriving child therapy group practice located in Ventura, California. We specialize in EBT Treatments with a primary specialty in PCIT WE HAVE FULLY EQUIPPED PCIT ROOMS Opportunity to be trained and certified in PCIT modality by a dually-certified PCIT trainer THIS IS AN OFFICE POSITION with some remote work available • Full-Time openings/ Hourly / Non-Exempt • Bilingual Preferred but not required We Provide : • All referrals and caseloads fill quickly • CEU and Conference stipend to equal $300/per hiring year • Paid time off And Sick time as two separate benefits • Dental & Vision Benefits provided/ No Medical Benefits • Paid weekly supervision with our licensed supervisors • Group liability insurance paid by the clinic • ROTH IRA RETIREMENT through CalSavers • No billing, collection of co-payment, or invoicing worries; the clinic manages this for youFlexible schedule • Opportunity for paid blogging and paid marketing in the community We are a great team who enjoys working together and are always willing to answer questions and help in any way we can! WE PAY A CLINICAL RATE OF $34-40/HR AND A $22/HR ADMIN RATE TO START RAISES CONSIDERED AT 6 MONTHS AND BEYOND Responsibilities: • Provide mental health support to children and their families via individual, family, and group therapy sessions • Assess patients and formulate treatment plans utilizing the DSM-V • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment • Maintain clinical documentation for each session • Attend workshops and staff meetings as required • Take part in a supportive and collaborative work environment Qualifications: • Hold an active California provisional license/registration for AMFT/ASW/APCC • Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree • Follow professional laws, codes, ethics, and regulations • Preferred experience working with children in clinical settings • Multilingual capability is a plus • Ability and willingness to master diagnostic and assessment skills • Ability to travel and work at the Ventura office • Demonstrate independence and teamwork. Compensation: $34 - $52 clinical hour
