WE PAY A CLINICAL RATE OF $34-40/HR AND A $22/HR ADMIN RATE TO START RAISES CONSIDERED AT 6 MONTHS AND BEYOND Responsibilities: • Provide mental health support to children and their families via individual, family, and group therapy sessions • Assess patients and formulate treatment plans utilizing the DSM-V • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment • Maintain clinical documentation for each session • Attend workshops and staff meetings as required • Take part in a supportive and collaborative work environment Qualifications: • Hold an active California provisional license/registration for AMFT/ASW/APCC • Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree • Follow professional laws, codes, ethics, and regulations • Preferred experience working with children in clinical settings • Multilingual capability is a plus • Ability and willingness to master diagnostic and assessment skills • Ability to travel and work at the Ventura office • Demonstrate independence and teamwork. Compensation: $34 - $52 clinical hour
