Parent Consultant (ABA) Pay: $24.00 – $28.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Join a team that’s making a difference every day for children with autism!

We’re seeking a compassionate Parent Consultant to coach and support caregivers of children and adults receiving ABA services. In this role, you’ll help families apply evidence-based strategies at home and in the community while continuing to provide direct ABA therapy services.

What You’ll Do:

Provide parent coaching and caregiver training aligned with treatment goals.

Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and families to ensure progress.

Deliver hands-on behavioral support and practical guidance for daily routines.

Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements:

RBT certification (or in progress) or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field

Prior experience as a Behavior Technician
