    What You’ll Do:

    As a Parent Consultant/Case Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering client-centered support through caregiver training, case supervision, and data-driven decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design and implement individualized parent training programs

    Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust goals based on data and family input

    Train and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery

    Analyze data and prepare visual reports for progress monitoring

    Lead team meetings and staff training sessions

    Conduct observations, provide feedback, and support staff development

    Serve as the primary point of contact for families, offering resources and emotional support

    Ensure timely documentation, compliance with ethical standards, and treatment fidelity

    What You Bring to the Team:

    Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field (required)

    Actively pursuing Master’s in ABA or related field (required)

    1–2 years of experience in ABA services, including direct 1:1 intervention

    Demonstrated experience in parent consultation/training

    Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills

    Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
