    Position Summary

    The Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) serves as the key connection between parents, students, and the Mathnasium team. This role focuses on building strong family relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving center growth through proactive communication, enrollment support, and community engagement. The PRM ensures families feel informed and valued while promoting a positive Mathnasium experience for every student.

    Key Responsibilities

    Parent Relationship & Communication

    Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing prompt and professional communication.

    Conduct Parent Care Calls to gather feedback and strengthen family engagement.

    Schedule and lead regular progress meetings to review student goals and achievements.

    Address and resolve parent concerns with empathy and efficiency.

    Sales & Enrollment Growth

    Conduct sales and follow-up calls to prospective families, presenting Mathnasium’s learning programs and value proposition.

    Guide families through the enrollment process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

    Manage lead follow-ups via phone, email, and text to maximize conversions.

    Welcome and assist walk-in inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression.

    Track and report leads, enrollments, and retention data to support center performance.

    Student Progress & Academic Oversight

    Monitor student progress through observations and collaboration with instructors.

    Communicate academic updates and milestones to parents regularly.

    Identify students needing additional support or learning plan adjustments.

    Partner with the Center Director to ensure each student’s success plan aligns with goals.

    Community & School Outreach

    Represent Mathnasium at school events, community fairs, and local outreach programs.

    Build partnerships with local schools, parent groups, and education organizations.

    Coordinate school and community events to increase awareness.

    Center Operations & Collaboration

    Work closely with the Center Director and instructional team to align communication and academic objectives.

    Support daily operations including scheduling, data entry, and customer records.

    Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and center initiatives.

    Contribute creative ideas to enhance parent satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

    1–2 years of experience in customer relations, education, or sales (preferably in tutoring or enrichment programs).

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Passion for education and helping students succeed.
