Paris 66 in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an experienced full-time Server.

Who are we? We are a family-owned, Parisian-style bistro located in the Shadyside/East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA, and we are the only French restaurant in the city.

We are dedicated to offering a genuine French dining experience for our guests. Our menu features traditional French dishes, a selection of wines, beers, cocktails, as well as espresso drinks and pastries.

Compensation and benefits:

• $40 hourly (hourly + tips)
• Credit card tips are paid every two weeks
• $1000 weekly minimum (hourly + tips)

Schedule requirements:

• 30 hours weekly

Language requirements:

• English
• French is helpful

Experience and skills needed:

• 1-2 years of previous upscale casual dining experience
• Food Safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Knowledge of French food and wine
• Able to explain and sell French wine
• Familiar with French-style service
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
