    Paris 66 in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an experienced full-time Lead Line Cook.

    Who are we? We are a family-owned, Parisian-style bistro located in the Shadyside/East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA, and we are the only authentic French restaurant in the city.

    We are committed to offering an authentic French dining experience for our guests. Our menu features traditional French dishes, complemented by a selection of wines, beers, cocktails, as well as espresso drinks and pastries.

    Schedule requirements:

    • Wednesday through Saturday from 12:30pm to 9:30pm
    • Sunday from 9:00am to 2:30pm

    Language requirements:

    • English
    • French is helpful

    Experience and skills needed:

    • 3 years of BOH culinary experience in a similar management role in a high-volume upscale casual restaurant
    • Follow written recipes and instructions
    • Able to read and plate the dishes in the order they are received and expedite efficiently
    • Experience in a scratch kitchen
    • Good knife-handling skills
    • Culinary degree preferred
    • Food Safety knowledge (certification preferred)
    • Reach, bend, stoop, and lift to 50 pounds
    • Work in a standing position
