Paris 66 in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an experienced full-time Pantry Cook.

Who are we? We are a Family-run Parisian bistro in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA.

We are committed to offering a genuine French dining experience for our guests. Our menu includes traditional French dishes, a variety of wines, beers, cocktails, as well as espresso drinks and pastries.

• $20-22 hourly

Schedule requirements:

• Wednesday through Saturday from 12:30pm to 9:30pm
• Sunday from 9:00am to 2:30pm

Language requirements:

• English
• French is helpful

Experience and required skills:

• BOH culinary experience on the line in a high-volume upscale restaurant
• Able to read and plate the dishes in the order they are received and expedite efficiently
• Experience in a scratch kitchen
• Familiar with “European/ French style of service”
  
• Culinary degree preferred
• Food Safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Good knife-handling skills
