    Job Summary Carry out day to day operations of running a station on the line, making sure your station is fully prepped for service, properly breaking down station at the end of the shift, working with Chefs to ensure a quality product is being put out to the guests. Taking on additional responsibilities as delegated to you to build toward becoming Junior Sous.

    Responsibilities

    Communicates with fellow line cooks to ensure all items on ticket come out together in a

    timely fashion

    Follow recipes and guidelines to put out a consistent and quality product

    Uses a variety of cooking equipment to prepare and prep a variety of food items

    Follows safety and sanitation guidelines to reduce safety risks and cross contamination

    Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift

    Properly stock and prep your station before service

    Qualifications

    Excellent knife/cooking skills

    Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
