We’re seeking a motivated escrow officer to join our well-established escrow team. You’ll be responsible for expanding our operations and conducting closing processes for real estate transactions. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and interact professionally with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, sellers, and realtors • Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts • Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts • Make sure to review all paperwork including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions to prepare for closing • Finish administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure funds are disbursed accurately Qualifications: • Experienced with software using escrow / title functions • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge of the escrow process, title process, regulatory guidelines, and company policies / procedures • Over 3 years of real estate closing experience in residential sales, commercial sales, refinance, REO, or short sale escrow • High school diploma required — work experience or college degree preferred Compensation: $38,000 - $50,000 yearly + bonus DOE
