About the Role:

Moonshine Creek Campground LLC is looking for a dynamic, dedicated couple to join our team as Park Management in the beautiful mountains of Sylva, NC! This is a unique opportunity to live and work together in a stunning outdoor setting, creating memorable experiences for campers and guests. If you love the outdoors, hospitality, and working as a team, this could be the perfect lifestyle opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily campground operations including guest check-in/check-out and site assignments

Maintain campground facilities, grounds, and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests

Enforce campground rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests

Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of park infrastructure and amenities

Manage reservations, handle payments, and maintain accurate records

Monitor and restock supplies, restrooms, and shared facilities as needed

Requirements:

Must apply as a couple — both partners will be actively involved in park management duties

Prior campground, RV park, or hospitality management experience preferred but not required

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Basic maintenance, landscaping, or handyman skills required

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
