Park Ridge Country Club is seeking to add to its culinary team. Park Ridge CC is a private, family oriented club in the residential area of Park Ridge. The Club operates Tuesday through Sunday with à la carte and banquet services. Service hours vary per season. PM shifts typically start at 1pm with service ending at 9pm- we are generally finished by 10pm most nights(a little earlier on Sundays). If you work two jobs and need flexibility on shift start time, just let us know- we can likely accommodate you.Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
station "mise en place" to include peeling/chopping of vegetables, basic meat fabrication and preparation of sauces
"à la minute" cooking of vegetables, starches and proteins for service
prep work for banquet events
following recipes given by Chef or Sous Chef
rotating product for freshness
checking and tasting items on station to ensure freshness and that they are properly made/seasoned
following proper sanitation and cleanliness guidelines per health department guidelines and as directed by the Chef
Qualifications:
Must show up for interview in order to be hired

The Club is hiring for immediate full time employment. Standard benefits such as vacation time, health insurance, etc. are included with full time employment. The Club is closed on Mondays.
