JOB DESCRIPTION
An opportunity exists for a Client Implementation Specialist in a dynamic provider of back-office solutions, advisory services, and working capital solutions to domestic and imported alcoholic beverage company. This position offers the right candidate an excellent starting point within the organization and will provide opportunities for career development and growth. The purpose of the position is to support operational implementations for new clients and manage client accounts with regards to compliance coordination, freight movements, customer and vendor integration and internal company setup. This position reports to the Director of Special Operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide support to Park Street management to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of new Park Street clients.
2. Cultivate the client relationships through implementations and all types of training engagements.
3. Project Management tracking through Park Street systems. Must have the ability to move project schedules to closure.
4. Assist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline the “onboarding” and implementation processes. This will include documentation needed for internal/external clients.
5. Assess client’s needs for development issues when applicable, which includes the scope, features, plan and schedule for the development phase.
6. Provide online trainings and conference calls to orientate a new client, collaborate with clients about concerns.
7. Work closely with Park Street management to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying client needs open development items.
8. Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the implementation plan to the client. Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new functionality rollouts. Create new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements. Must be able to create new deliverables or follow standards of deliverables already in place.
9. Assist other team members with client engagements when appropriate
MANDATORY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Solid oral and written communications skills, and high attention to detail
2. Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Strong problem solver driven to accomplish goals and able to work independently
4. Intermediate Excel skills preferred
5. Comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Bachelor’s Degree
