    HR GENERALIST SALARY: $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary

    HR GENERALIST ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Process payroll with a strong understanding of how to monitor and correct time and attendance, imputing personal time, wage garnishments, deductions, tax withholdings, employment changes, new hires & terminations
    • Verify the accuracy of payroll on a bi-weekly basis and update payroll expense reports
    • Recruit and onboard successful candidates to achieve the overall staffing objectives of PVSHM properties
    • Provide guidance/advice on interpretation and application of employment policies, procedures, and practices
    • Assist in managing employee relations by investigation, resolving, and communicating with employees regarding questions, issues, or concerns
    • Responsible for maintaining workers compensation files according to the process. Update, monitor and ensure workplace injury compliance. Assist in communication with carrier, healthcare providers and employees regarding workers compensation cases
    • Oversee/manage E-Verify/I-9s for accuracy and compliance, acting as site administrator
    • Other duties as assigned by management verbally and/or written
    • Maintain and apply knowledge of legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures local policies, procedures and reporting comply (I-9s, EEO, ADA, FMLA, DOL, etc.)
    • Compile, analyze, and prepare HRIS reports as necessary for benefit invoices, department needs, accounting, business operations, etc.
    • Oversee leave of absence administration - coordinate leaves of absence in compliance with state and federal regulations/company policies, including FMLA and disability administration, recordkeeping, etc.
    • Manage and track all HR related invoices
