    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    ParkMobile is looking for a professional and energetic Account Support Specialist to provide responsive support to our growing network of clients.

    • Assist ParkMobile Account Managers with day-to-day management of accounts
    • Build strong working relationships with clients, working to quickly and effectively respond to requests and troubleshoot issues
    • Develop written and visual client-centric communications content, and implement strategic communications campaigns to encourage client engagement, retention and revenue growth
    • Keep a detailed record of client account activity using ParkMobile's CRM software

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Sales, marketing, communications, public relations or client management experience preferred
    • Excels in relationship management
    • Self-motivated with a positive, optimistic attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
