OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
As a member of our growing User Experience team, you'll have a hand in shaping the role of User Researcher. Partnering closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers & marketing, you will perform exploratory, formative and evaluative research that enable stakeholders to make more informed, confident decisions. In this role, your time will be split about 70% research related tasks & 30% design related tasks. RESEARCH: You'll be expected to plan, lead, and champion high profile research projects. You can take the lead but are also collaborative. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams. You can perform and improvise under tight timelines and changing environments. You are an advocate for our users and are excited to work with teams to connect them to our user needs and take action on insights.
DESIGN: You'll be editing designs, prototypes, & A/B test versions. You will also help support developers & qa in answering design questions, providing assets (logos, icons, colors, etc), as well as designing standalone projects. HERE ARE A FEW OTHER THINGS YOU'LL GET TO DO:
