JOB TITLE: Business Analyst

LOCATION: Remote

DURATION: Contract to Hire

JOB ROLE:

Seeking a Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. As a member of the Enterprise Analytics team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for developing report/dashboard business requirement documents in collaboration with Client Success, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Healthcare Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Medical Directors, Quality Performance and Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify the stakeholder's main requirement for a high-level scope.
• Research the art of the possible (i.e.: could we leverage an existing solution?).
• Brainstorm detailed requirements with stakeholders for approved requests.
• Provide mock-ups with screenshots to facilitate discussions and ensure stakeholders sign-off so that development may begin.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• At least 3 years' experience in technology or related field developing business requirements.
• At least 3 years' experience in a health care environment with an understanding of basic clinical terminology.
• Experience using data to drive outcomes and improve business processes. 
• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops a plus.
• ·Strong communication skills due to this position being a very client facing role.
• Organized with a keen eye for detail.
