Industrial Machine Operator -- McMinnville, OR
This is a weekend shift, which offers a shift differential and overtime in addition to the hourly rate.
The hours of operation are Friday - Sunday 5:00am through 5:30pm

Under direct supervision, the Industrial Machine Operator I performs routine tasks and operates standard production equipment and machinery. Ensures the maintenance of a secure work environment with the ultimate goal of zero accidents.
Performs standard setup, operation, and routine maintenance of production machinery and test equipment
Utilizes various documents to complete tasks, such as job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models, or specifications
Troubleshoots machines that are not performing optimally and identifies solutions to resolve issues
Ensures an adequate supply of raw materials required for work and conducts equipment maintenance as per schedules
Evaluates and verifies that production items meet specifications and tolerances outlined in job documentation
Performs other assigned responsibilities
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May be required to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule and additional hours as necessary
Education : A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that allows for successful performance of job expectations is preferred.
**Certifications:**Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field .

Experience operating production equipment and machinery
Basic proficiency in mathematics
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail
Capability to follow established procedures for completing routine tasks
Effective verbal and written communication skills
