Under the direct supervision of our team, the Production Machine Specialist I is responsible for carrying out routine tasks and operating standard production equipment and machinery. The primary focus is maintaining a safe work environment with the ultimate aim of achieving zero accidents.
Conducting basic setup, operation, and routine maintenance of production machinery and test equipment
Utilizing various documents such as job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models, or specifications to perform assigned tasks
Troubleshooting underperforming machines and devising effective solutions to rectify problems
Maintaining an adequate stock of raw materials required for work and adhering to equipment maintenance schedules
Evaluating and verifying that production items conform to tolerances and meet the specifications outlined in job documentation
Completing any additional responsibilities as assigned
Strictly adhering to regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May be required to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary
Education : A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience, which enables successful performance of job expectations, is preferred.
**Certifications:**Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in the related field .

Skills :
Experience in operating production equipment and machinery
Good grasp of basic mathematical concepts
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
