    Job Designation

    Under the direct supervision of our team, the Production Machine Specialist I is responsible for carrying out routine tasks and operating standard production equipment and machinery. The primary focus is maintaining a safe work environment with the ultimate aim of achieving zero accidents.

    Job Core Responsibilities

    • Conducting basic setup, operation, and routine maintenance of production machinery and test equipment

    • Utilizing various documents such as job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models, or specifications to perform assigned tasks

    • Troubleshooting underperforming machines and devising effective solutions to rectify problems

    • Maintaining an adequate stock of raw materials required for work and adhering to equipment maintenance schedules

    • Evaluating and verifying that production items conform to tolerances and meet the specifications outlined in job documentation

    • Completing any additional responsibilities as assigned

    • Strictly adhering to regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May be required to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary

    Job Specifications

    Education : A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience, which enables successful performance of job expectations, is preferred.

    **Certifications:**Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in the related field .

    Years Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience

    Skills :

    • Experience in operating production equipment and machinery

    • Good grasp of basic mathematical concepts

    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

    • Exceptional attention to detail

    • Capability to follow established procedures for performing straightforward tasks

    • Effective oral and written communication skills
