    The Personal Real Estate Assistant will provide critical support to a top real estate producer, assisting with both administrative duties and client interactions to facilitate successful real estate transactions. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the real estate industry. Responsibilities: About The Role: • Friendly and Professional: You will be the first point of contact, representing our top producer agent, so a friendly demeanor and professional attitude are key • Real Estate License: If you don't already have your license, you’ll need to acquire it within the first three months of employment • Experience in Social Media: You should have a working knowledge of various social media platforms to effectively manage and enhance our online presence • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is crucial. You should be comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must. You’ll be interacting with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails • Team Collaboration: The ability to work cohesively in a team setting is essential. We value collaboration and the unique contributions of each team member • Local Expertise: A working knowledge of Northern Kentucky is required to effectively assist clients and manage tasks Qualifications: What We're Looking For: Key Responsibilities Administrative Support : • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure the producer is prepared for all meetings and showings • Handle correspondence, manage emails, and ensure timely communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders • Prepare and manage real estate documents, contracts, and listings Client Interaction : • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing information, scheduling showings, and assisting with inquiries • Follow up with clients post-meetings and transactions to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships Marketing and Promotion : • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for property listings • Manage social media accounts and newsletters, ensuring consistent engagement with the market Market Research : • Conduct research on market trends, property listings, and real estate laws to support informed decision-making • Prepare reports and presentations on market analysis for the producer to review Transaction Management : • Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control companies to ensure smooth transactions • Monitor timelines and ensure all contractual obligations are met on time Skills and QualificationsEducation : Real Estate License in first 3 months • Experience : 1-2 years in a real estate or administrative role preferred; experience in high-volume, high-pressure environments is ideal • Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and real estate platforms like MLS • Personal Traits: Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, proactive, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines Why Join Us? • Long-term Vision: We’re not just offering a job; we’re offering a career • We're in it for the long haul and hope you are too • Growth & Development: We're growing, and we want you to grow with us.
