Parker, Simon & Kokolis, LLC seeks an associate-level attorney to join our rapidly growing Virginia practice. The position is situated in the firm’s satellite office located in Fairfax, VA. The attorney will work in the firm's litigation practice with a particular emphasis in Creditors’ Rights and Real Estate matters and will gain courtroom experience. The ideal candidate must display a strong writing ability and possess superior organizational skills. The applicant MUST BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN VIRGINIA and be eligible to waive into the District of Columbia for consideration. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RESUME CLEARLY IDENTIFIES WHERE YOU ARE ADMITTED TO THE BAR. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred, but not required for consideration.
