Bilingual Portuguese speaking Customer Service Representative needed for Nintendo in Redmond, WA Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00/hour Location: Remote - MUST currently reside within Washington State Employment Type: Long-term Contract Schedule: Hours of operations are 6:00am - 7:00pm, seven days a week, must be available to work any full time (32-40 hours per week) schedule within these business hours (more details below) Level 2: Expectations * Providing outstanding technical assistance to consumers through live troubleshooting * Answering consumer questions about the online features of their Nintendo game systems * Aiding consumers (both adults and children) with setting up and/or using a wireless network and account services with their Nintendo gaming system(s) * Gathering and documenting consumer feedback * Accurately and efficiently documenting consumer contact interactions and routing escalations to correct teams for follow-up resolution Level 3: Legendary Skills * At least 6 months to a year of experience in a call center environment * Active Switch owner and player * 1+ year(s) of successful experience working with multiple applications and programs at once to resolve inquiries * Fluent in both Portuguese and English required Level Up+ Benefits & Perks * Paid Sick/Safe Time * Incentive bonus equal to one week of pay (based on meeting specific criteria) * Medical benefits with multiple plan options * Shared employee discount on Nintendo Store products (including your favorite games and systems!) * Supportive environment for career growth including advancement opportunities *Note that benefits and perks eligibility (including required tenure) may vary by role ==> Boss Level: The Ultimate Battle <== 3...2...1...GO! The Consumer Service Department is open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. To be considered, candidates must be available to work any full time (32-40 hours per week) schedule within these business hours. The exact schedule may vary each week with shifts including the morning (starting at 6am), the weekend (Saturday/Sunday), and closing (ending at 7pm), so candidates must be able to accommodate a fluctuating schedule. Successful candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug test that does not include marijuana and a background check Can't forget the end credits... Parker @ Nintendo associates are typically required to take a consecutive eight-week break in service after 48 consecutive weeks on the job before they are eligible to return for another 48-week period Employment will be subject to Parker Staffing Services, LLC policies and procedures as adopted, and may be revised or deleted from time to time.
