    **Call Center Representatives needed for the fall/winter season at Nintendo

    YOU MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN WASHINGTON STATE**

    Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
    Location: Remote** must reside in Washington state to be considered
    Employment Type: Contract
    Schedule: The Consumer Service Department is open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. To be considered, candidates must be available to work any full time (32-40 hours per week) schedule within these business hours. The exact schedule you'll work following training may vary each week with shifts including the morning (starting at 6 am), the weekend (Saturday/Sunday), and closing (ending at 7 pm), so candidates must be able to accommodate a fluctuating schedule. Holiday coverage will also be required (NOA is only closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).

Parker Staffing is partnering with Nintendo to hire strong Call Center Representatives to assist consumers with a variety of questions related to their Nintendo products.

We're looking for candidates with call center experience and a passion for the gaming community to support Nintendo customers with their products. If solving problems (especially technical ones!) is your superpower, we want to talk to you. Bonus points if you glow!

    What are my core duties in this role?

    Call Center Representatives provide network and troubleshooting support for Nintendo gaming systems. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Providing outstanding technical assistance to consumers through live troubleshooting
    • Answering consumer questions about the online features of their Nintendo game systems
    • Navigating web systems to aid consumers (both adults and children) with setting up and/or using a wireless network and account services with their Nintendo gaming system(s)
    • Gathering and documenting consumer feedback
    • Accurately and efficiently documenting consumer contact interactions and routing escalations to appropriate teams for follow-up resolution

    What are we looking for?

    • Must be a Washington State resident
    • 1+ year(s) of successful experience in escalated call center support preferred
    • 1+ year(s) of successful experience working with multiple applications and programs at once to resolve inquiries
    • Must have strong knowledge of Nintendo products and brand (especially the Nintendo Switch)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with good business judgment
    • Ability to adapt to changes in the business that include advances in technology, new skills, and procedures
    • Must complete company provided training and demonstrate ability to resolve customer issues
    • Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by Nintendo, in accordance with Company policy

    Work-from-home requirements:

    • A dedicated workspace that is free of distraction and background noise.
    • High-speed internet (no cell phone hotspots)

    Nintendo associates are also required to take a mandatory eight-week break-in service after a maximum of 48 consecutive weeks on the job before they are eligible to return for another up to 48-week period. Actual break dates can be any time between the start of your assignment and this maximum 48-week date.
