    DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST AT NINTENDO IN REDMOND JOB ID: 20128 PAY RATE: $17.00 PER HOUR LOCATION: REMOTE, WA MUST CURRENTLY LIVE WITHIN WASHINGTON STATE. NO RELOCATION IS OFFERED. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: LONG-TERM CONTRACT

    WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE?

    We're looking for candidates with strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently interpret in-game text files. You will be the translation subject matter expert, leading by example through mentoring associate text specialists and communication of critical feedback to the developers in a way that sparks collaboration.

    WHAT ARE MY CORE DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS IN THIS ROLE?

    • Process downloadable content and repair-related service requests from various channels
    • Follows and executes the resolution processes established by the department to resolve consumer incidents
    • Interacts with internal departments/subcontractors to resolve repair issues
    • Interacts with shipping companies to research and resolve shipping problems
    • Adheres to company privacy policy and ensures compliance of Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
    • Holds key areas of responsibility in Repair, Part, and Digital Content problem solving
    • Some outbound calls (approx. 5% of total workload)
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Experience setting up and managing repair and/or shipping orders preferred
    • Experienced troubleshooting digital/downloadable content preferred

    WHAT OTHER REQUIREMENTS SHOULD I MEET TO BE CONSIDERED?

    The Consumer Service Department is open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. To be considered, candidates must be available to work any full time (32-40 hours per week) schedule within these business hours. The exact schedule may vary each week with shifts including the morning (starting at 6am), the weekend (Saturday/Sunday), and closing (ending at 7pm), so candidates must be able to accommodate a fluctuating schedule.

    In addition, candidates must be able to work the day after Thanksgiving and December 26th-31st, along with a willingness to work extra hours around all holidays, if needed.

    SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND AND/OR REFERENCE CHECK.

    Nintendo associates are typically required to take a consecutive eight-week break in service after 48 consecutive weeks on the job before they are eligible to return for another 48-week period.

    Employment will be subject to Parker Staffing Services, LLC policies and procedures as adopted, and may be revised or deleted from time to time. Parker also retains discretion to modify benefits.
