Remote Customer Service Representative needed for Nintendo in Redmond, WA PAY RATE: Starting at $18.00/hour LOCATION: Remote, WA No Relocation Provided EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Long-term Contract SCHEDULE: Hours of operations are 6:00am - 7:00pm, seven days a week, must be available to work any full time (32-40 hours per week) schedule within these business hours (more details below)

LEVEL 2: EXPECTATIONS

• Providing outstanding technical assistance to consumers through live troubleshooting
• Answering consumer questions about the online features of their Nintendo game systems
• Aiding consumers (both adults and children) with setting up and/or using a wireless network and account services with their Nintendo gaming system(s)
• Gathering and documenting consumer feedback
• Accurately and efficiently documenting consumer contact interactions and routing escalations to correct teams for follow-up resolution

LEVEL 3: LEGENDARY SKILLS

• At least 6 months to a year of experience in a call center environment
• Active Switch owner and player
• 1+ year(s) of successful experience working with multiple applications and programs at once to resolve inquiries
• Bilingual French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a bonus!

3...2...1...GO! The Consumer Service Department is open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. To be considered, candidates must be available to work any full time (32-40 hours per week) schedule within these business hours. The exact schedule may vary each week with shifts including the morning (starting at 6am), the weekend (Saturday/Sunday), and closing (ending at 7pm), so candidates must be able to accommodate a fluctuating schedule.

Successful candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug test that does not include marijuana and a background check

Parker @ Nintendo associates are typically required to take a consecutive eight-week break in service after 48 consecutive weeks on the job before they are eligible to return for another 48-week period
