Qualifications
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business related degree or relevant significant work experience.
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years hands-on experience in Implementing / Supporting Oracle modules
- Working knowledge of global oilfield services processes and applications including operations, supply chain, human resources and financial functions.
- Strong technical understanding of Oracle’s tables and dataflows, Workflows, PL/SQL, 3rd Party Interfaces preferred
- Proficient in understanding the application requirements gathering, design, configuration / module setup and documentation of functional documents.
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle open interfaces, application data mapping of interfaces and WebADI required.
- Knowledge of Self Service Personalization Configuration.
- Understanding of flex fields, workflow, setup and profile options.
- Understanding of basic System and Security Administration functionality
- Working knowledge of query tools.
- ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the agile method preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and assist with support.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and vendors.
- Must be a detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
- Must be capable of working in a team environment.
- Must be capable of managing projects with little to no supervision.
- Possess the functional, technical and analytical abilities sufficient for the support and configuration of Oracle applications, including experience with Oracle workflows, personalization, interfaces and extensions.
- Resources needs a deep understanding of the functional processes and is able to work directly with the users serving as the subject matter expert.
- Strong SDLC experience with exposure to Oracle AIM methodology preferred.

- 7 - 10 YEARS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING/ SUPPORTING ORACLE FINANCIALS MODULES (FA/ GL/ AR/ AP/ CM/ AGIS/ SLA/ EBTAX MODULES).
- 1 – 2 YEARS HAND-ON EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING/ SUPPORTING ORACLE PROJECTS MODULES (PA, PJM)
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE ON ORACLE FINANCIALS MODULES INTEGRATIONS WITH ORACLE SUPPLY CHAIN, EAM, MANUFACTURING & PAYROLL MODULES
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE ON ORACLE COST MANAGEMENT IS PREFERRED
- MULTI-CURRENCY & MULTI-ORGANIZATION KNOWLEDGE AND BE WELL VERSED IN SUPPORTING FINANCIALS MODULES ACROSS MULTIPLE COUNTRIES
- DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE FINANCIALS FUNCTIONAL PROCESSES AND IS ABLE TO WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE USERS SERVING AS THE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT.
