Your Role Within the Company

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer, who is comfortable working with both front and back-end programming. The Full Stack Developer will see out projects from conception to completion, with organization and attention to detail as a priority. This role will be responsible for designing and developing front-end web architecture ensuring that applications are responsive, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Build applications through appealing visual design, including design for client-side server-side architecture, and user interactions on web pages. The Full Stack Developer will support the team members with technical challenges, aligning with best practices, development processes and techniques,  as well as leading the reviewing of colleagues' unit testing and code. Continuously contribute ideas and experience to new development solutions. Work in close cooperation with development teams to carry out builds and testing. This role will conduct releases to production environments and set up post-release reviews. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain knowledge of Python, ReactJS, and accessibility guidelines.

• Create servers and databases for functionality
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
• Design and develop APIs and tools for systems to meet business needs
• Work with development teams and project managers to ideate software solutions
• Analyze data requirements to establish, adapt, and maintain data models
• Continuous maintenance of well-functioning databases and applications

Background Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 5+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiar with common stacks and JavaScript frameworks including Angular JS, React, and Amber
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency with server-side languages including Python, Java, PHP, and .Net (.Net is critical)
• Familiarity with database technology: MySQL, Microsoft SQL, and MongoDB
• Experience with MS SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, SVN source control, and UI/UX design concepts
• Strong organizational and project management and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
