    Salary: $110,000 - $145,000, DOE

    ParkerBeth Search Partners is thrilled to represent a highly dynamic client in the commercial construction industry, specializing in a wide range of projects including tenant improvements, ground-up constructions, and general construction of medical facilities, dentist offices, breweries, restaurants, and multifamily buildings. We are urgently seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager ready for immediate start.

    About the Role:

    As a Project Manager, you will lead various high-value projects, demonstrating strong leadership without the need for constant supervision. You will serve as a pivotal figure, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly from conception through completion within the bustling Redmond-Kirkland area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring they meet or exceed client and company expectations.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface directly with subcontractors, superintendents, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
    • Business Development: Participate in light business development activities and potentially engage in pre-construction stages to enhance project readiness.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with field supervisors and other project team members to foster a cooperative and productive environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a demonstrated track record of managing tenant improvements and ground-up projects ranging from $1M to $25M.
    • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, ability to work autonomously, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Attributes: Strong character, professional demeanour, and the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

    Benefits:
