    Your Role within the Company:

    As the Senior Superintendent, your role is to ensure whatever is required to facilitate the construction of the project on site from beginning to completion while utilizing our organizations best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients, ensuring operations adhere to standards and requirements. Projects cater to a diverse array of institutional clients, encompassing colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems, and beyond, with construction costs varying from $100,000 to well over $100 million.

    Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

    This role requires an experienced professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to solve complex problems, work well under pressure, and is committed to ensuring our projects achieve the highest level of quality, while being on schedule and budget. You will:

    • Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices
    • Quality control, ensure all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected
    • Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing
    • Maintain the project schedule and establish the critical path for subs and vendors
    • Facilitate and encourage subcontractor coordination
    • Work with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions
    • Review all drawings, specifications and submittals
    • Provide daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates
    • Coach employees on Procore use
    • Assist Warranty for any background information needed for warranty calls.
    • Assist the Preconstruction team in reviewing design drawings and providing a constructability and envelope reviews.
    • Provide solutions and value adds to projects.
    • Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with Architect, Owner, and trade partners.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 12 years construction experience
    • Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience
    • Experience with site inspections on public works and state-funded projects.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore is preferred.
    • Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods is an added plus
    • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
    • Must work well in a LARGE project team environment and be committed to client service
    • Onsite M-F with occasional weekends when project calls for it
    • Must be willing to travel within the state of Nevada
    • OSHA-30 Certified

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary Range: $150K to $190K annually.
    • Benefit package with Health/Medical/Vision coverage, vehicle allowance, 401K, etc.
