    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for developing the Construction Management Plan specific for each project.

    • Review and refine the Construction Management Plan as the project progresses.

    • Collaborate with all client management levels to define resource requirements.

    • Provide general oversight regarding construction of the project.

    • Leading and directing the Project CM Team.

    • Supervise work of others.

    • Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of your subordinates.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of program management experience.

    • 15 years of prior work experience on large public works capital infrastructure projects and/or programs.

    • Knowledge of delivering heavy civil projects from design through construction, as well as familiarity with environmental and permit compliance.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience on similar projects in a construction management role with a Bachelor's degree.

    • 8+ years of experience with 3 years at the superintendent level or above on large projects, or in a construction management role on smaller projects without a Bachelor's degree.
