ParkerBeth Search Partners is seeking a talented and energized Project manager with 1 – 3 years of experience for one of our key clients in Phoenix, AZ. This is a on-site opportunity with an competitive salary.

About The Company:

Our client is one of the nation’s top union structural steel erecting companies with offices in Wisconsin, Arizona and Kansas and projects nationwide. In business for over 45 years, the firm has grown significantly in the last five years and continues to expand in scope and territory to service a large and diverse client base such as Amazon, Ford and Target as well as top construction firms and steel fabricators.

Position Summary:

• Manage all assigned steel erection/fabrication projects to ensure they are completed profitably and with a high client satisfaction level.
• Review and analyse blueprints, specifications other documentation to accurately understand the work of the contract and the estimated budget.
• Coordinate with field operations team to understand equipment and material needs, prepare purchase orders and subcontracts to support the field team.
• Set up and manage projects in the project management software.
• Regularly meet with clients and the operations teams to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.
• Prepare reports including productivity analyses and financial cost projections at regular intervals.
• With admin assistance, prepare client billings and ensure proper cashflow for the project.
• Interact professionally with clients, partners and vendors in order to develop rapport and properly service their needs.

• Years Experience: 1 - 3 years
