Parkhill is looking for a Part-time student to join the Marketing Team to assist marketing staff, firm leadership, subject matter experts (SME), and consultants to coordinate, develop and produce proposals and other marketing materials, developing ideas, authoring and editing written content, outbound campaigns, web copy and social media activities.  

 QUALIFICATIONS 

• Working toward a degree in a related field 
• Experience in production software including Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with convention/trade show preparations.
• Assist with proposal development and production.
• Editing for grammar, style, content and compliance with instructions
• Participate in QA/QC proposal reviews.
• Coordinate with firm leadership, SME and other marketing staff.
• Assist in the development of proposal content, web content, whitepapers, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, public relations, interview presentations.
• Ensure content is comprehensive, consistent, compelling and client-specific.
• Assist in opportunity identification and tracking activities.
• Assist with general marketing duties including internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, presentations, etc.
