Parking Manager (Contract – 2–3 Month Assignment)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Parking Manager to lead a high-volume parking operations program on a short-term contract basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in customer service, revenue operations, and large team management.
You will oversee daily parking operations, lead a team of supervisors, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of parking garages and surface lots
- Lead and supervise a team including 8 supervisors and 20+ total staff
- Ensure efficient staffing, scheduling, and operational readiness
- Oversee revenue collection, reporting, and compliance with financial controls
- Provide leadership in employee development, coaching, evaluations, and discipline
- Participate in and support special event parking planning and execution
- Address customer issues and complaints while maintaining policy standards
- Review and prepare operational and financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, merchants, transportation, and public safety partners
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
- Experience working in a customer service and/or revenue-driven environment
Preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in cash handling, revenue collection, or operations
- Background in parking, facilities, logistics, or similar environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with reporting, performance management, and process improvement
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume operations
