    Ai Incube (Parknav) develops and markets a city-knowledge cloud service and software API to enterprises in mobility and smart city. Our customers include fortune-500 enterprises such as car OEMs and telecoms as well as smaller enterprises such as city-solution providers. We increasingly sell software packaged solutions SaaS. Our verticals include SMEs, Smart City, Mobility and Transportation, Telcos, Partners and consumers (B2B, B2G, B2B2C).

    We are looking for an Admin Assistant to help us achieve ambitious customer service, working with us 10h/month on average. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Admin Assistant your mission will be to help our Head of Admin with administrative tasks, guaranteeing the following weekly basis:

    • Picking up mail from office and forwarding to Eyal's address in Oak park
    • Printing, putting together and sending investment documents to (future) investors
    • Receiving and forwarding signed materials from investors
    • Communicating with investors regarding materials
    • Storing company equipment

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • 2+ years of experience as a Assistant;
    • Drive license (preferable); 
    • Experience with startup;
    • Native level of english (writing and communication);
