The Contract to Close Coordinator oversees all aspects of buyer and seller real transactions from the time of a binding purchase and sale agreement to closing. Must have a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, our agents, and all parties involved in the transaction. Responsibilities: • Communicate with the agent on a regular basis for missing documents, contract due dates, and deadlines, etc. • Coordinate and schedule vendor appointments including but not limited to home inspections, termite letters, radon inspections • Coordinate and schedule closings and final walkthrough with clients, cooperating agents, title companies, and lenders • Submit all closing paperwork and title check to accounting for processing • Work as the point of contact between clients, agents, title companies, and lenders throughout the transaction • Create timelines for deadlines and due dates for agents and clients and ensure all due dates are met • Prepare any documents needed throughout the transaction i.e. amendment, addendum, etc. and ensure documents are signed by all parties • Maintain compliant files for the transaction and ensure all documents are received and signed prior to closing for both company and TAR compliance • Obtain any additional documents needed for the transaction, i.e. lender letters, Notification forms, earnest money deposit verification, etc. • Communicate with the agent on a regular basis for missing documents, contract due dates, and deadlines, etc. • Coordinate and schedule vendor appointments including but not limited to home inspections, termite letters, radon inspections • Coordinate and schedule closings and final walkthrough with clients, cooperating agents, title companies, and lenders • Submit all closing paperwork and title check to accounting for processing Qualifications: • Customer Service • Organizational Skills • Time Management • Have an understanding of real estate contracts, both TAR and builder contracts • Have an understanding or willing to learn Dotloop Compensation: $24,000 base Plus percentage of files closed
