General Purpose:

There are several positions with this posting which are responsible for various roles to serve as event/facility staff, game day personnel to assist with scoring/timekeeping, and officiating youth flag football games at various facilities. Individuals will enforce the rules and bylaws while creating a positive, fun, enjoyable, and safe atmosphere and encourage good sportsmanship.

Job Duties:

1\. Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.

2\. Ability to remain on your feet and perform any of the critical elements of the position.

3\. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, other city employees and the public.

4\. Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written directions.

5\. Listen to concerns and assist in problem-solving and correcting inappropriate behavior.

6\. Ensure guest safety and maintain integrity of the game by following policies and regulations.

7\. Work, establish and maintain effective relationships with the onsite team to provide legendary customer service for events, as gym supervisors and as officials.

8\. Moderate physical activity to include facility set-up and breakdown, running/jogging, ability to bend and stoop to perform general housekeeping duties.

Schedule Varies:

Weeknights 5p-11:30p

Weekend - 8 Hour shifts between 6:30a - 11:30p
