We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT), Level 1 Med Aid, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis with benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medication accurately and timely to patients as prescribed by healthcare provider
- Assist healthcare team in performing routine medical procedures and treatments
- Provide basic patient care such as bathing, feeding, and assisting with mobility
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records/documentation

Requirements:
- Current certification as a CMT, L1MA, or CNA
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
