We are looking for a part-time contract Sourcer to help our Head of People with recruiting. You will manage the sourcing and hiring process for all of our Technical and BD Ops roles. You will find and engage top passive talent with creative and innovative sourcing techniques.

THIS CONTRACT WILL LAST FOR 1-2 MONTHS AND WILL PAY $30-$40 PER HOUR. THIS ROLE WILL WORK ABOUT 20 HOURS PER WEEK. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Hiring Managers and our Head of People to understand recruiting needs
• Utilize your knowledge of recruiting resources to bring the top candidates into our pipelines
• Work with Leads and Hiring Managers to create engaging messaging
• Reach out to passive candidates to generate interest in Parkside
• Manage all interview scheduling
• Screen candidate resumes
• Maintain thorough documentation within our ATS
• Assist with phone screens as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of sourcing experience
• Experience in a FinTech company or startup a plus
• Recruiting agency experience a plus
• Ability to engage with technical candidates as well as nontechnical ones
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate well across the entire org
