We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – Parkside at Cottage Hill (240 units) - located in Mobile, AL. Hourly rate ** will be based** upon certifications and experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
