Responsibilities: • Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more • Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction • When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes • Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics • Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system Qualifications: • Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred • GED or high school diploma is mandatory • Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus • Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory Compensation: $70,000+ yearly
