We are looking for a smart, customer-focused Customer Service & Inside Sales Associate with a proven track record who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment. Candidates will work as part of a dynamic, passionate and growing team to ensure desired company growth and customer satisfaction. Applicants must be reliable and have a strong work ethic in order to succeed. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required for interfacing with customers via telephone/email/chat. Additional skills and/or interests such as digital marketing, search engine optimization, press release and blog writing, Photoshop, InDesign or other related graphics programs would be a huge plus! Primary Duties would include: Answering phones, order entry, data processing, filing, faxing and scanning Walking prospects and customers through company website. Multi-tasking and closing sales orders. Responding to customer questions and inquiries on both phone and email. Responsible for answering emails in multiple email boxes with heavy email traffic. Research for potential new customers that match company product line offerings Represent the company annually at an industry Trade Show in NYC Work closely with the Marketing department to create online marketing campaigns, blogs, updating social media, graphics and content creation.
