    About the E-Referrals Role:

    We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time E-Referrals Representative to join our team and help us grow. As a vital member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional support to our clients, guiding them through challenging times with empathy, expertise, and care.

    Can you help clients with questions and offer solutions?

    Key Responsibilities:

    Fielding inbound inquires via phone or live chat, specializing in SSDI and VA disability.

    Initiating outbound contact with potential clients expressing interest in Social Security or VA disability.

    Providing comprehensive insight into our legal services for SSDA and VA disability cases.

    Data entry of accurate client information into our database.

    Coordinating and scheduling consultations for potential clients.

    Qualifications:

    Confident phone manner and demeanor.

    Ability to set the tone and pace of calls effectively.

    Demonstrates consistent care and compassion by treating a call at 4:30 PM on Friday the same as one Monday morning.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Prior experience in phone-based sales and customer service.

    Strong interpersonal skills.
